Piaf began in 2016 with a single vision — to create the perfect fly bonnet.
The very first piece was far from perfect, but it marked the beginning of something important.
It was also very much of its time — featuring rose gold accents, a trend that defined that moment.
Originally founded as Simplicity Equestrian, the brand soon outgrew its name. Our designs became anything but simple — defined instead by intricate details, bold expression, and often a touch of sparkle. As the brand evolved, a new identity became necessary.
Piaf was a natural choice. Shorter, more distinctive, and inspired by piaffe — one of the most refined movements in dressage — it reflects precision, elegance, and mastery. Over the years, we have continuously refined every aspect of our products. Every stitch, every material, and every detail has been carefully developed to achieve what we believe is the ultimate fly bonnet.
The idea of building a configurator has always been part of the journey. However, the skills needed to bring it to life had to be developed first. After two years of trial and error, that goal has now been achieved.
