Custom fly bonnets – Not eligible for return or refund
All of our fly bonnets are custom-made based on your selected yarn colour, shape, embellishments, and sizing preferences.
As such, they are considered personalised items and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, in accordance with Norwegian law (Angrerettloven §22, letter e) and EU consumer protection regulations.
Please double-check all selections before completing your order.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

Non-custom products
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Shipping returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
